Katri is a seasoned flex space expert with more than two decades of experience across brokerage, advisory, and stakeholder management. She joined Instant in 2016, supporting global occupiers in optimizing flexible workspace portfolios and delivering measurable gains in efficiency, cost, and employee experience. Since 2022, she has led key initiatives within Instant’s operator solutions team, including executing the EMEA operator strategy, expanding the global marketplace across the region, and representing the company at industry conferences. Based in Finland, Katri brings a strong understanding of cultural nuances and high‑performing multicultural teams. She speaks four languages and holds a Master’s degree in Service and Business Design. Outside of work, she enjoys flamenco dancing, exercising, mentoring youth, and roaming Finnish forests to pick berries and mushrooms.
